With a view of Spinney Reservoir and the surrounding mountains in central Colorado, this property is perfect for a base camp for summer adventures - hiking, biking or atving in the national forest, trophy trout fish at Spinney, 11-Mile or Antero Reservoirs or the "Dream Stream." Skiing is an hour or so away at Breckenridge or Monarch Ski Resorts for winter fun. Denver is a couple of hours drive away; Colorado Springs is about 1.5 hours away. The lot is fairly level but it does have a gentle slope toward the east. The town of Hartsel has a convenience store for a limited supply of food and gasoline, the Highline Cafe and Saloon and a pizza kitchen for dining out, a gift shop, a fire station, an ambulance service and a post office. River rafting is a short distance further west at Buena Vista. Also, Buena Vista has a City Market grocery store, a pharmacy, an Ace Hardware, a Tractor Supply, numerous restaurants and fly fishing shops.
